Project Background

This medical brand specializes in high-end intelligent upper limb prosthetics, targeting high-income disabled groups in Europe and

 America. Previously, generic storage bags were supplied as supporting packages, which failed to fit the special shape of intelligent

 prosthetics. Positioned in the premium segment, the brand set strict requirements on texture, shock resistance and ergonomics of 

the package. The client required a customized rigid EVA case as the standard matching accessory for the intelligent prosthetic set.

1. Precision Structural Molding: CNC integrated carved EVA foam insert manufactured according to the client’s 3D prosthetic drawings. Independent

 slots are reserved for the prosthetic main unit, interchangeable grippers, charging kits and commissioning tools, secured by elastic straps to avoid shaking 

and collision.

2. Premium Material Combination: High-density 75° rigid EVA core, covered with wear-resistant and water-resistant cationic fabric for delicate premium

 texture. Rounded corners are designed for anti-collision protection.

3. Barrier-Free Humanized Design: Extended anti-slip zipper pull for easy one-handed opening. Detachable widened shoulder strap plus reinforced handle 

support shoulder carry and backpack carrying modes. A hidden inner mesh pocket is provided for small accessories.

4. Branding Support: Embossed subtle logo and single-color silk printing options available. Complete material test reports are provided. A prototype can be 

finished within 5 days, with repeated revisions to optimize the fitting of inner foam.
