Thermoformed EVA is divided into a removable thermoformed EVA insert and a sewn thermoformed EVA insert. Both of them can offer complete protection for the products.

The difference is that the removable thermoformed EVA insert is flush with the edge of the bottom shell and can be taken out. If don't want to take it out, we can fix it with glue on the bottom of the EVA carrying case.

The sewn thermoformed EVA insert's edge is sewn together with the bottom shell’s edge, so the sewn thermoformed EVA insert must be 1cm lower than the edge of the bottom shell. The product can be partially exposed after putting that support for easy take-out.
