In normal, if the EVA case's height per bottom or upper shell is over 8cm, we can’t use PU or polyester, as they don’t have good extensibility and are easy to wrinkle at the edge, we suggest using BK fabric or multispandex. If you must use PU, how to solve the problem.

Such as our below EVA bottle case, the bottom shell’s height is 9.5cm, we divided it into 2 parts: 

1st part: bottom part in 3.5cm, that can finalize the shape after thermoformed

2nd part: waist part in 6cm, after lamination and thermoformed in flat, then roll into a circle and stitch via zig-zag stitching which is flat, smooth, and beautiful, can ensure bottle input easily. Then stitch with the bottom part via a PU decorative strip.
